Job Title: Residential Conveyancer

Location: Central London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)

Salary: Up to £60,000

Role Summary:

Based in Central London, this is a full-time permanent role managing your own caseload of residential property matters including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership. You’ll work alongside experienced solicitors and enjoy access to leading technology, 1:1 paralegal support, and a culture that values both independence and collaboration. Ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performing, customer-focused legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage your own caseload: Handle matters from instruction to completion across all residential transaction types

Use leading systems: Optimise workflow through one of the market’s best conveyancing platforms

Deliver top-tier service: Be a key point of contact for clients, introducers, agents and third parties

Maintain compliance and SLAs: Keep your files in excellent order and meet all legal, regulatory, and firm requirements

Mentor and support: Supervise and coach paralegals within the team

Contribute to a positive team environment: Help build a high-performance, client-first culture

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience managing residential conveyancing matters from start to finish

• Exposure to new build or shared ownership work is a bonus

• Deep understanding of residential property law and current processes

• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

• Commercial awareness and commitment to customer care

• Able to work independently with resilience and attention to detail
