Our Transparent Fee-Split Model
• 75% for work you bring in and deliver
• 25% for work we introduce to you (you deliver)
• 15% if you bring a client whose matter is handled by another lawyer in our firm

The Ideal Candidate
• Solicitor (England & Wales), Barrister and/or Registered Foreign Lawyer
• Minimum 4+ years PQE
• Existing client base and active business development network
• Demonstrable expertise in one or more of our preferred practice areas
• Additional language fluency is highly valued
• Commitment to high-quality, discreet, and client-focused legal service
• Ideally looking to achieve yearly billings of £200,000 or more
• A team player who values mutual respect, appreciation, and collaboration, and who enjoys working with like-minded professionals
