Construction Superintendent

Sifly Homes is a boutique luxury homebuilder in Charleston, SC, known for timeless architecture, exceptional craftsmanship, and a deeply personal client experience. We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on‐site construction for high‐end custom residential projects.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily on‐site construction operations
• Maintain schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure quality control
• Communicate with owners, architects, and the project team
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
• Track progress through BuilderTrend and manage invoices via Bill.com
• Support procurement, submittals, and change order processes
• Lead punchlist and project closeout activities

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of residential construction experience (custom home experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read plans, manage subcontractors, and maintain high craftsmanship standards
• Proficiency with BuilderTrend and digital project management tools
• A commitment to quality, detail, and client service
