Job Description
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a SUPERINTENDENT role doing self-perform construction
- Strong Planning & Scheduling Skills as well as personal planning.
- Proficient at plan reading and understanding specifications
- Understanding of budgets and job cost coding
- Ability to quickly evaluate trade labor
- Basic layout/survey experience
- Ability to supervise multiple crews on multiple projects at one time (ranging from $50k to $3M)
- Familiarity with union/trade labor & work rules
- Work in NJ/NY
