Best Driver Solutions is seeking reliable, safety-focused Class A and Class B CDL Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. If you take pride in providing excellent customer service, operating safely, and ensuring timely deliveries, we want to hear from you!
Position Summary:
Drivers are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of electrical supplies and materials to customer job sites, warehouses, and other designated locations. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Safely operate Class A and Class B commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers and stake bed trucks.
• Deliver electrical materials, equipment, and supplies to customer locations.
• Load, unload, and properly secure freight to prevent damage during transport.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any vehicle maintenance concerns.
• Verify delivery paperwork, obtain customer signatures, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during all deliveries.
• Assist with warehouse or loading activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
Requirements/Qualifications:
• Must possess a valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Must 23 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have 1 year of recent verifiable Class A/B CDL driving experience within the last 3 years, or 2 years verifiable experience within the last 5 years.
• Must have experience operating a stake bed or flatbed truck
• Experience loading, unloading and securing materials using straps, chains or binders.
• Must have clean and safe driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules efficiently.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical job duties as required.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Must pass a DOT drug screen, background check, and MVR review.
• Must be able to provide a current DOT Medical Examiners’ Certificate.
