Our company is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to provide high-quality patient care in the community and in patients’ homes. This role plays a critical part in our healthcare team, working closely with other professionals to deliver exceptional care.
Responsibilities
Conduct professional assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop personalized care plansCollaborate with the patient and care team to set measurable goals and outcomesWork independently as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered careProvide guidance on workplace health and safety best practicesPerform other duties as required to support the delivery of quality patient careRequirements
