Remote Sales Opportunity

Seeking a highly motivated and skilled sales professional to engage with existing business customers, focusing on upgrading and optimizing their wireless phone services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop personalized relationships with clients to understand their current packages and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Utilize inbound and outbound calls to provide tailored support and drive value for clients.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of verifiable sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, is required.
  • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered a strong asset.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to manage a structured sales process effectively.
  • A commitment of 20 hours per week is required, with flexibility to work additional hours beyond this minimum.
