Elevate your sales career with a dynamic role as an Outbound Business Development Consultant.
This opportunity involves engaging existing small-medium business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services through inbound and outbound calls, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Consult with clients on current packages and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable sales experience, preferably in telecommunications.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales).
- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
This is a remote work opportunity with flexible scheduling between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is required, with potential for additional hours to increase commission earnings.
Must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
