Are you a confident and commercially minded Buyer looking to join a growing, purpose-driven housebuilder? Our client is seeking an experienced Buyer to support their expanding development pipeline across Oxfordshire and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing procurement for housing developments, from materials to subcontractor services
- Negotiating pricing, terms and contracts to ensure value for money and quality
- Building strong supplier relationships and maintaining robust supply chains
- Working closely with technical, commercial and site teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitoring budgets, forecasting costs, and identifying value engineering opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a procurement or buying role within housebuilding or construction
- Strong negotiation and organisational skills
- Solid understanding of construction materials, supply chains, and residential build stages
- A proactive, detail-focused approach with strong commercial awareness
- Experience with COINS, Causeway or similar systems (desirable, not essential)
