Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Sales Consultant to engage with existing Small-Medium Business customers and optimize their wireless phone services.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients on their current packages and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive customer lifetime value.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required, with a focus on commission-based selling and performance targets.
  • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously, with exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.

Benefits:

  • Earn a base pay + commission: $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance.

  • Flexible remote work: Create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Additional Information:

This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
