Account Lead – Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Lead – Senior Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies to grow and maintain client relationships.

About the Role:

  • Oversee strategic accounts and work closely with Directors and VPs;
  • Develop long-term strategies to grow and maintain client relationships;
  • Lead negotiations and contract renewals with key clients;
  • Collaborate with leadership to align account strategies with company goals;
  • Analyze market trends and use client data to create tailored solutions;
  • Drive new business opportunities and expand product offerings;
  • Mentor and manage junior account managers;
  • Ensure forecast accuracy and timely execution of initiatives;
  • Lead the execution of company policies and promote a performance-driven culture.

Requirements:

  • University degree in business administration or a related field;
  • Several years of experience in account management or a related field;
  • Expertise in food processing or similar industries;
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in managing major accounts;
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills;
  • In-depth expertise in the food industry and complex processing systems;
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to collaborate with high-level stakeholders;
  • Bilingual (French/English), both written and spoken.
