Key Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Hunting mentality with a relentless drive for results, competitive spirit, and passion for prospecting and winning new business.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop lasting client relationships.
- Insurance license or willingness to become licensed.
