Job Overview
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging clients through inbound and outbound calls, consulting on their current packages, and uncovering opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Consult with existing Small-Medium Business customers on their wireless phone services
- Upsell or cross-sell additional services to increase customer lifetime value
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g. MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.)
- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Benefits

- Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on performance

Work Environment
This role requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
Additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, but working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
