Remote Business Sales Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated sales professional to join our team as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with existing small-medium business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls to consult on their current packages and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required, with a focus on commission-based selling and performance targets.
  • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered a strong asset.
  • Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Benefits:

  • Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance.

  • Flexible remote work: Create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST.

Additional Information:

  • This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
  • While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
