Job Description
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience in telecommunications.
- General retail roles are not considered qualifying sales experience.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology, such as MEDDICC or SPIN Selling.
You will be required to have the following skills:
- Navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Applying proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
This role requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
You must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
