Telecommunications Sales Opportunity
Elevate your sales career by joining our team as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant. In this role, you will engage with existing Small-Medium Business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.
You will be responsible for consulting on current packages and uncovering opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
This is a remote opportunity that offers flexible scheduling between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. While the position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required. General retail roles do not qualify as they do not include commission-based selling or performance targets.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.
Location:
This position is available to candidates living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
Compensation:
You will earn a base pay plus commission, with potential earnings ranging from $61K to $121K+ CAD per year based on your performance.

Other Requirements:
