Job Title: Business Development Representative
About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and qualifying potential customers
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Building strong relationships with existing customers to increase upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value
- Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales
- Strong organizational and time management skills
