This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals looking to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an Outbound Business Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging clients through inbound and outbound calls, consulting on their current packages, and uncovering opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
Key Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered a strong asset.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:
- This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
- Must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
