This role involves engaging clients through inbound and outbound calls to consult on their current packages and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required, with a strong focus on commission-based selling and performance targets.

Formal training in a recognized sales methodology, such as MEDDICC or SPIN Selling, is considered an asset in this field.

The ideal candidate will have proficient skills in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Maximize customer lifetime value by applying proven sales and retention strategies.

Built a strong understanding of client needs and preferences through effective communication.

Foster long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

Must be residing in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.

Commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week, scheduled between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Additional hours beyond 20 may increase commission earnings significantly.
