Remote Sales Professional Opportunity
Seeking a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant. This role involves engaging with existing small-medium business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.
Responsibilities:
- Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls to consult on their current packages and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills to build trust and close deals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered a strong asset.
- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
