Job Title: Sales Representative
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for engaging with existing Small-Medium Business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.
Responsibilities:
- Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls to consult on their current packages
- Uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required. Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.
Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required. Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.

- Earn a base pay + commission: $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance

Additional Information:
This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
