Job Title: Business Development Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging clients through inbound and outbound calls, consulting on their current packages, and uncovering opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required.
  • Please note that general retail roles (e.g., working at big box retailers) that do not include commission-based selling or performance targets are not considered qualifying sales experience for this position.

Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered a strong asset.

Work-related Skills:

  • Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

  • Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance.

  • Flexible remote work: Create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST.

Others:

  • This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
  • While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
