**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with existing Small-Medium Business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Consult with clients on their current packages and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
- Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.
**Requirements:
Experience & Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required. We prefer candidates with formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.). Telecommunications experience is also an asset.
We are looking for candidates who are proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously and possess exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
Work-related Skills:
Proven sales and retention strategies, B2B telecommunications sales, and strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this role.
Other Requirements:
This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
