MECHANIC — BIKES & BEANS

$13–$20/hr | Full or Part-Time | Tuesday–Saturday | Boise, ID

This is a bench. Not a couch.

We are building a new crew. If you’re not ready to work, this isn’t for you.

# MINIMUM:

 – Build a bike out of the box **in under an hour**.

 – Change a flat **without YouTube**.

 – Show up on time, tools in hand, ego in check.

# IDEAL:

 – Basic drivetrain skills (11/12-speed setup).

 – Some shop experience.

 – Willing to learn e-bikes, suspension, and shop systems.

 – Able to write basic service tickets in **Lightspeed POS**.

# YOU’LL:

 – Work under a certified Head Mechanic.

 – Learn to diagnose, write work orders, and communicate with customers.
