Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar / Restuarant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food production, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. As the Bar / Resturant Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Meet & greet residents, diners and customers to the facility.
  • Supervise and train bar staff to ensure excellent service and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage inventory and replenishment of main and function room bars.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of drinks, ensuring quality and consistency in every serving.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards within the bar area.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
  • Monitor financial transactions within the bar, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and reporting.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a bar or hospitality setting is essential.
  • Good personality and welcoming attributes to make customers and residents feel welcome.
  • Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail preparation, and beverage trends.
  • Familiarity with food hygiene standards.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with staff and customers alike.
