Having successful assisted our client with a recent Senior Consultant placement, we're pleased to inform that our clients team is continuting to grow and they're seeking to add another SC and a Manager grade candidate to their growing practice in London.
Our client, is a well established challenger Management Consulting firm operating globally. They are a US headquartered firm who are seeking to grow massively into Europe at the moment, starting with FS Risk & Compliance in London.
What is the role?
You will be working with a dedicated team of Risk & Compliance Consulting professionals to assist clients predominately in the Financial Services sector, Banking & Insurance sectors. R&C includes Operational Risk, 1st & 2nd line of Defence, Risk Management & Mitigation, Compliance knowledge and understanding of compliant procedures within Financial Services.
What do I need?
If you do not tick all of these boxes, please still apply. So long as you can cover 70-80% of requirements you will be considered a good option for this firm.
- You MUST be available immediately or within a 2 week notice
- You must come from a current or prior Management Consulting firm with at least 3 years experience or be in FS Services explicitly doing R&C on the above description of the role
- Delivered on complex Risk & Compliance projects
- Able to demonstrate competent stakeholder management in a risk setting
- Skills include Risk Mitigation & Analysis, Operational Risk, Assessments and Compliance Strategies
- Tailor an effective method for each client, using best practice & innovation
- Experience in financial services / Banking / Insurance is highly desirable.
What are the perks?
- £60,000+ for SC, £70,000+ for Manager base salary
- 8-10% bonus based on performance

- Hybrid role with 1-2 days office based in central London & South East, but can be flexible
