Attorney

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be organized, have prior experience (as a law clerk or an attorney) in a litigation firm, have excellent communication skills, and a good work ethic.

Duties:
– Litigate on behalf of clients in civil cases
– Conduct legal research
– Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
– Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
– Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
– Represent clients in court proceedings
– Manage and oversee legal administrative tasks

Requirements:
– Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
– Admission to the Kentucky Bar.

– Experience in legal research, writing
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
