Associate Attorney

Kerr Simpson Attorneys at Law is a small firm that represents businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals in business litigation, real estate disputes, transactions, employment law, estate planning and tax cases. We are looking for a qualified associate attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims and advocating for clients in court. This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients. Kerr Simpson has a reasonable monthly billing requirement and offers a relaxed family-friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys
• Maintain client relationships

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in the legal field
• Strong writing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong legal knowledge
