Associate Attorney

Position: Litigation Associate – Labor & Employment Plaintiff’s Litigation

Job Type: Full-Time | Location: In-Person

Role Overview:
Join our dynamic team to gain hands-on experience in labor and employment litigation, including individual and class actions. You’ll receive great mentorship, work closely with clients, and develop your skills in a fast-paced, thriving practice.

Responsibilities:

• Court appearances, drafting complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Conducting written discovery and handling client intakes.
• Managing calendaring, filing, and case-related tasks.
• Taking/defending depositions (with training).

Qualifications:

• Litigation experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Bar License required.
