• Work within an 85% supervision model, with 15% of cases being independent.
• Proficiency in spinal anesthesia, nerve blocks, and epidurals is essential.
• No involvement in trauma or obstetric cases.
• Manage preoperative and PACU responsibilities, with float coverage during daytime hours.
• Respond to calls within a 45-minute to 1-hour timeframe.
• Collaborate with CRNAs for block procedures.
