The role
Join our Commercial team to lead and support the design and delivery of commercial and mixed‑use projects from RIBA Stages 3 to 5, working closely with consultants, contractors, and clients to bring exceptional architecture to life. Hotel experience is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead design development and provide design support across commercial and mixed‑use schemes
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to collaborative design processes
- Produce detailed Revit models, technical drawings, and documentation
- Interface regularly with clients, multidisciplinary consultants, and delivery teams
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning requirements
Essential skills & experience
- Minimum 3 years post‑qualification (ARB/RIBA) experience in commercial architecture
- Demonstrable portfolio across commercial and (ideally) mixed‑use or hotel projects
- High proficiency in Revit
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes
- Effective communicator with excellent presentation and coordination skills
