Our client is an established and successful global software company which is well-positioned for accelerated growth, including global expansion, M&A activity and moving towards a potential exit. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic CFO to join the executive team at a point of transformation.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in scaling SaaS and AI-driven technology businesses, with a strong foundation in commercial finance, change management, and operational excellence. This is an opportunity to shape and execute a five-year growth strategy aimed at building a global category leader.
- A trusted strategic partner to the CEO, contributing to overall business planning, vision, and leadership.
- Drive and refine a clear 5-year financial growth plan focused on sustainable high-growth.
- Lead global financial strategy, including international expansion into new European and global markets (especially North America).
- Lead the buy & build M&A strategy.
- Prepare the organization for a successful exit, including investor readiness, governance frameworks, and financial transparency.
- Drive commercial finance excellence by providing insight-led decision support across pricing, go-to-market strategy, and customer lifecycle profitability.
- Enable data-driven forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning, underpinned by AI-enhanced tools and automation.
- Champion a performance-driven, change-ready culture across the finance organization.
Requirements:
- Proven CFO in high-growth SaaS/technology businesses, ideally with AI exposure.
- Demonstrated experience in leading M&A (buy & build) and preparing for exits.
- Strong track record of scaling businesses and finance functions across international markets, especially in Europe and North America.
- Deep expertise in commercial finance, business modelling, and Ro60 optimization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to operate at both the visionary and hands-on execution levels.
- Experienced change leader with a track record of delivering successful scale ups, and transformations.
- Collaborative, influential, and charismatic leader capable of building trusted partnerships across the C-suite and Board.
