Salesforce Administrator
Salary: up to £55,000

Mason Frank has partnered with a well-established construction firm undergoing exciting digital transformation. They’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance their CRM platform, helping streamline operations and drive smarter project delivery across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimise Flows to automate business processes across Sales and Service Cloud.
- Own all aspects of Salesforce administration, including user setup, permissions, and data integrity.
- Create reports, dashboards, and custom objects to support data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide user support and training across teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
- Proven expertise with Flows.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience with Pardot is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
