Our client is the CFO of a PE owned, global B2B software brand and she is seeking an exceptional individual to join her Management Team as Global VP FP&A. Having recently acquired a sizable competitor, the Global VP FP&A will be responsible for the integration of the two businesses from a planning and analysis perspective, ensuring that Group planning, analysis and insight capabilities drive synergies across product lines, customers, channels and geographies with the ultimate objective of achieving a successful exit within the short to medium term.
The ideal candidate MUST possess significant SaaS industry experience in order to operate as an industry knowledge-expert at Board level. You will also be highly experienced in the development and evolution of an integrated, 3 statement planning and forecasting process (Balance Sheet, Cash & P&L) of a global or international organisation with revenues in excess of £500m p.a.
You will ideally have also developed advanced financial modelling capabilities within a corporate finance or advisory capacity so already attuned to the role you would play in readying the business for sale and owning this narrative.
