The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on a wide range of commercial contracts, outsourcing projects, and technology-related matters.
  • Working with a diverse client base, including international businesses and household names, to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Leading on complex, high-value matters, providing strategic advice on business-critical issues.
  • Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
  • Taking initiative with BD and team leadership.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven expertise in Commercial law.
  • An established network and client base.
  • Proven leadership and management experience.
  • A strong track record of advising on complex commercial matters.

  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing their own workload.
