TechOhana are partnered with a fast-growing insurance provider currently undertaking a focused delivery phase within their Salesforce programme. They’re looking for a contract Salesforce Developer to step in and support the build and optimisation of their Sales and Service Cloud environments.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and enhance scalable Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
- Develop and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to deliver secure, performant features aligned to business needs
- Participate in agile sprint cycles, peer reviews, and CI/CD processes for efficient deployment
- Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to industry best practices within the insurance sector
Required Experience/Skills:
- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
- Strong integration experience, particularly with policy admin or claims platforms in the insurance space
- Familiarity with data security, compliance, and governance standards relevant to financial services
- Comfortable working independently in a remote agile team
