Project Management Lead

Main Responsibilities:
- Cross-functional leadership and project coordination – from innovative product developments to process optimizations and industrialization initiatives in production.
- Creating and implementing strategic project plans with clear structure and timelines that ensure efficient resource allocation and realistic budgeting.
- Continuous monitoring of project progress through proactive time management and agile decision-making.
- Evaluating, reporting, and presenting project results to stakeholders and senior management with clear impact.
Requirements:
- Succesfully completed technical or scientific training/degree.
- Extensive experience in project management within the medical technology sector, with a strong track record of leading complex, high-impact projects.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on strategic decision-making, change management, and inspiring cross-functional teams.
- Visionary and solution-oriented mindset with resilience and excellent communication skills to influence at all levels.
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
- Advanced experience with project management methodologies, tools, and ERP systems.
