Project Management Lead

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Cross-functional leadership and project coordination – from innovative product developments to process optimizations and industrialization initiatives in production.
  2. Creating and implementing strategic project plans with clear structure and timelines that ensure efficient resource allocation and realistic budgeting.
  3. Continuous monitoring of project progress through proactive time management and agile decision-making.
  4. Evaluating, reporting, and presenting project results to stakeholders and senior management with clear impact.

Requirements:

  • Succesfully completed technical or scientific training/degree.
  • Extensive experience in project management within the medical technology sector, with a strong track record of leading complex, high-impact projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on strategic decision-making, change management, and inspiring cross-functional teams.
  • Visionary and solution-oriented mindset with resilience and excellent communication skills to influence at all levels.
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Advanced experience with project management methodologies, tools, and ERP systems.
