Schedule: Days 6am-2pm, Rotating Weekends

Pay Rates

LPN: $30.60 – $34.76 per hour

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a memory care and long-term care setting Monitor residents’ health, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being Document care accurately and maintain compliance with all regulations

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Indiana Experience in Memory Care/Alzheimer’s care a plus Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to resident-centered care
