Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ communication needs throughout the 2026-2027 school year in a vibrant educational setting. This contract opportunity welcomes both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists with CCCs and Clinical Fellows, offering part-time roles at several welcoming school sites. The assignment runs from approximately August 25, 2026, through June 10, 2027—just as students return for the new academic year.
You’ll provide dedicated speech-language services across multiple schools, each with its unique, supportive community and caseload. If you are enthusiastic about collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to foster student growth, this is your chance to make a difference.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- Active Minnesota SLP license, with dual certification visible.
- CCC-SLP or SLP Clinical Fellow (CF) status welcomed.
- Comfortable working on-site in school settings.
- Experience with K-12 caseloads beneficial.
- Organized, flexible, and effective with communication and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy and interventions according to students’ IEPs.
- Evaluate students using formal and informal assessments.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, other SLPs, and special education teams.
- Monitor, document, and track student progress.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary school meetings and parent conferences.
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.

- Northdale Middle School – 0.4 FTE
- Hamilton Elementary School – 0.5 FTE
- Mississippi Elementary School – 0.7 FTE
- Rum River – 0.3 FTE
