Key Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention strategies.
• Maintain precise and comprehensive patient records.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Flu vaccination is mandatory without exceptions.
