About the Role:
Richmond Family Clinic is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our Family Medicine/Primary Care Clinic in Richmond, MO. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients and families in our community while working alongside a supportive and experienced medical team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced family medicine outpatient setting
- Conduct patient assessments, record vital signs, and document medical histories
- Administer medications, injections, and immunizations as directed by physicians
- Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and patient education
- Coordinate care transitions, referrals, and follow-up appointments
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone triage
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR)
Requirements:
- Active CNA, CMA, or LPN license in the state of Missouri – OR working to obtain
- Phlebotomy Skills
- Experience in a primary care, family medicine, or outpatient clinical setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, medication administration, and patient assessment
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
