Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP license for the state of Maryland (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience working with school-aged children is preferred
- Strong assessment, therapy planning, and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and individualized student support
- Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and other related service professionals
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Provide direct therapy services in group and/or one-on-one settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Maintain accurate records, session notes, and required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field
