Associate Attorney – Personal Injury Law Firm

Successful growing plaintiff personal injury law firm seeks associates with 5-10 years of experience representing plaintiffs. Duties include litigation and management of a caseload of 60-80 injury cases, depositions, settlement negotiations, client interaction, and management of workflow performed together with a team of paralegals and support staff.

Salary $225,000 -$300,000 per year plus 5% of the fees generated on your cases, totaling additional $50,000- $100,000.
