Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience providing OT services in a school-based setting
• Understanding of sensory integration, adaptive equipment, and strategies for students with autism and complex needs
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and support teams
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and service delivery

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional needs and participate in IEP meetings
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans targeting fine motor, sensory, and self-help skills
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and related service providers for effective student support
• Provide direct therapy sessions and consultative services within classroom and small group settings
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
• Support and educate school staff and families on OT strategies and accommodations
