Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current valid Occupational Therapist license in South Carolina
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous school-based or pediatric OT experience strongly preferred
• Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement therapy programs
• Strong communication skills for working with students, teachers, and parents
• Adaptable, organized, and committed to providing high-quality care

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ occupational therapy needs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services individually and in group settings
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and other therapists to support student achievement
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress and adjust plans as needed
• Educate staff and families about strategies to support students’ development and independence
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insight to multidisciplinary teams
