Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Day shifts: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify and dispense medications to support rehab patients’ therapeutic plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmaceutical care in line with hospital protocols.
• Utilize Epic and Pyxis systems for medication orders, inventory management, and documentation.
• Monitor patient responses and communicate potential drug interactions or side effects.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards within the hospital pharmacy.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Massachusetts (MA license required; retail and new graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Experience or strong interest in hospital pharmacy, particularly in rehab or related clinical settings.
• Familiarity with Epic and Pyxis systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Contract Details:

• Contract role with a minimum duration of 13 weeks
