Bring your passion for supporting student success to an exciting contract opportunity as a Paraprofessional/VOCO Facilitator in the New Orleans area. This full-time role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of students by facilitating virtual school psychologist or speech-language pathology sessions in partnership with a dedicated educational team. The assignment runs from August 3, 2026, through May 27, 2027, with a schedule of 35 hours per week during the academic year.

What we’re seeking:

• Associates degree, or a ParaPro assessment score of at least 450, or 48+ semester credit hours (as required by the district)
• SPED classroom experience is mandatory
• Ability to complete mandatory district credentialing, including drug screening and fingerprinting
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for working as a facilitator in a virtual support setting

Duties will include:

• Acting as an on-site facilitator for virtual sessions led by school psychologists or speech-language pathologists
• Supporting students during virtual sessions, ensuring focus and participation
• Assisting with classroom management and documentation as needed
• Collaborating with teachers, service providers, and administrators to maximize student support
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all school district guidelines
