Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with 2+ years of recent CT experience and ARRT (CT) certification for overnight shifts.
Responsibilities
- Work in a CT department within a hospital setting
- Night shift, Sunday through Wednesday, 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM, 4×10 hour shifts
- Schedule may change based on management needs
- Patient population includes radiology and cardiology cases
- Use of Cerner EMR is preferred
- Floating between similar units and nearby campuses may be required
- Must be willing to work 2 of 3 major holidays if Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s fall during assignment; if 2 fall during assignment, must work at least 1
- Returning employees must have a 1-year separation before being eligible to return as a traveler
- All requested time off must be submitted with application or will not be considered
- No block scheduling is available
- Scrub or dress code details will be provided upon hire
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years recent CT technologist experience required
- ARRT (CT) certification required
- Previous travel experience with at least one completed travel assignment required
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
- Must comply with NLC guidelines; pending licensure not accepted
- First-time travelers accepted only with 3+ years of recent specialty experience
- 50 mile radius rule applies; local candidates not accepted
- License required if applicable
