Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Telecommunications Sales Consultant. As a sales professional, you will engage with existing small to medium-sized business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience in telecommunications or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) is considered a strong asset.
- Proficient in verbal communication and active listening skills.

Location: The position requires living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
Commitment: A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate but will significantly increase commission earnings.
Your primary goal will be to uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value for our customers, while providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
