Wage: $28 -$32/hour based on experience
Duties:
Safely sets up, operates, and monitors press machinery and equipment
Completes press machine setup for production runs, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipment to ensure proper operation.
Monitors production process, inspects and tests materials and equipment using safe and proper protocols, to ensure products meet quality standards and production quotas met.
Verifies and tracks all materials for inventory and work in progress regulations.
Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machinery operating efficiently.

Experience working with 8 Colors
Experience with Polyethylene, solvent based ink
Flexographic printing
Gearless press, fully automatic (computerized press)
Minimum of 3 years experience
Central impression, or CI, flexo presses experience
